You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, provided you present your receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to process your refund request.

Once we receive and verify the product, our team will notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method.

Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges listed on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the consumer, and you must also cover the cost of insurance. The consumer is responsible for any loss or damage to the products that occurs during shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Therefore, refunded amounts will not include the cost of delivery.

• Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date. They are generally two to three business days; however, the delivery date may vary depending on the shipping company's practices, the delivery location, the shipping method, and the items ordered. It is also possible that products may be delivered in multiple separate shipments.

• Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. Additional charges may apply for shipping heavy or oversized items, to remote areas, or for shipping hazardous materials.

• Items damaged during shipping

If the packaging is damaged in any way upon arrival of the product, please notify the carrier and contact us immediately at info@macrodshop.com
